mitchell: i think it was like 3 dollars a call we had to
call collect
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
mitchell: no
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?

You have to have a Land line ( house phone )to receive calls from inmates, cell phones do not accept collect calls.
